Lakshya Private Tuitions - Admission Agreement

Please read the following clauses carefully. You must scroll to the very bottom of these terms to proceed and ensure proper understanding of the admission policy.

1. Regular Work and Student Conduct: The student enrolled with Lakshya Private Tuitions (LPT) must work hard regularly. In case the faculty feels the student is not making sincere efforts, is creating indiscipline, bullying students, teachers, or staff in the premises or vicinity of the institute, showing irregular attendance, or spreading false, wrong, and negative information about the institute on social media or anywhere outside, he/she may be expelled immediately. The decision of the Center Incharge in this regard will be final. No fee or part of fee will be refunded.
2. Attendance Requirements: Continuous attendance is compulsory. If a student is absent for more than 10 days continuously without prior written permission, they will not be allowed to attend classes and will not receive any test papers. LPT reserves the right to expel the student in such cases, and no separate information will be sent to the parents, nor will any refunds of fees or post-dated cheques (PDCs) be processed.
3. Fees and Refund Policy: After depositing money towards "Registration & Admission", if a student or parent wishes to cancel the admission for any reason whatsoever, **the institute will NOT refund the money deposited towards Registration Fee / Admission Fee** under any circumstances. However, if a student applies for refund before the official commencement of the course/classes, only the first installment of tuition fee will be returned along with any submitted PDCs. Registration fees are strictly non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against other courses.
4. Post-Dated Cheques (PDC): If fees are paid in installments, parents must submit all required Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) at the time of admission. In case of a bounced cheque, a fine of ₹1,000/- plus banking charges will be recovered in cash only. The student's name may be struck off from the register if installment clearance is delayed by more than 10 days from the due date.
5. Batch Timings and Availability: Batch timings are allocated based on availability and student performance/stream selection. Request for batch changes must be submitted in writing and is subject strictly to seat availability and approval of the Center Incharge.
6. Parent Cooperation and Review: Parents are requested to fully cooperate with the institute and monitor their ward's regular study habits at home. Parents must attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) as scheduled. LPT provides student progress updates via call, WhatsApp, and SMS, and parents must ensure their contact coordinates are active and up-to-date.
7. Scholarship Validity: Scholarships are granted based on either the entrance exam performance or past school/board achievements. The scholarship is strictly applicable only if the student maintains a minimum of 80% attendance in both lectures and tests, and exhibits disciplined behavior. In case of violation, the scholarship will be revoked, and full fees will be recovered.
8. Right of Publicity: The institute reserves the right to use the student's name, photograph, and exam results in its advertising material, flyers, banners, social media profiles, and website across all regions upon securing outstanding grades or clearing entrance exams (JEE, NEET, MHT-CET, etc.).
9. Regulatory & Statutory Rights: LPT reserves all rights to alter rules, schedules, fee structure, faculty members, and test series patterns without any prior notification. All disputes are subject to Mumbai/Dombivli jurisdiction only.
